Christopher G. Worley



Chris engages in research projects that are focused on organization agility, organization design and organization development. He has worked with large companies such as Phillips, Microsoft, Cambia Health Solutions, Capital One Financial, PayPal, as well as non-profit and government organizations. As a member of the NEOMA Business School, CLEO Research Center and as a Senior Research Scientist at the USC Marshall School of Business Chris works on a variety of projects with large companies in both domestic and international settings.


His ongoing research brings relevance to ideas found in his books and publications. It also supports and enhances his teaching appointment at NEOMA Business School in France.
