Research

 

Chris engages in research projects that are focused on sustainability, agility and organization effectiveness. He has worked with large companies such as Phillips, Microsoft, The Hartford, Capital One Financial, Bayer, as well as non-profit and government organizations. As a Senior Research Scientist at the USC Marshall School of Business he works on a variety of projects with large companies in both domestic and international settings.

 

His ongoing research brings relevance to ideas found in his books and publications. It also supports and enhances his teaching appointment at Pepperdine University.
